Anetta Alexandridi

I have always been inspired to strive for the conscious integration of body and mind. Through my personal work and professional activities, I’m passionate about sharing experiences and methodologies for personal development and true contact with our their sacred inner world.

Raised in the USA and Greece, my path began in the sciences, with a BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering and PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Subsequently I worked for several years in the fields of medical engineering research. However, feeling unfulfilled and wishing to be of more direct service to others, I turned to the study of the nature of mind. In the meantime I trained and taught yoga asanas and theory. I went back to University (!) to complete a BSC in Psychology and then trained as a Gestalt Psychotherapist. My steady dabbling with Meditation turned to a committed daily practice, and combined with many years of yoga, I was ready to share my toolset for the expansion and healing of the human spirit.

I’m always pushing my limits and exploring the nature of consciousness, personally and through training in new modalities. I am now training in energy medicine through the wisdom practices of the Q’ero Shamans, and I’m also incredibly interested in the emerging field of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.

Zen

Mindfulness is a precursor to Zen meditation. They are both practices that quiet the mind and allow us the space to just be… I practice mindfulness off and on for many years and have been devoted to Zen teachings since 2018.
